Order

Step 1: Browse through our products.
Step 2: Click on "Add To Cart" button for the product you wish to purchase which will bring you to the shopping cart page.
You are allow changing the quantity for the item you wish to purchase followed by clicking at "Update" button or press Enter key to reflect the new amount for the item in your shopping cart.
You may continue to shop and add another item into your shopping cart by clicking on "Keep Shopping" button. Or you may proceed to checkout after done your shopping at our website by clicking at "Proceed to Checkout" button.
Step 3: Click on "Proceed to Checkout" after you had done your shopping.
If you have shopped at our website before and have an account with us, please provide your userID and Password followed by pressing the "Submit" button.
If you are our new customer, please press "Continue as New User" button to register with us.
Step 4: Filling in your personal information at our Registration page. For new user, please click on "Register" button after you had done the editing. For existing user, please click on "Continue" button after you had identified all your personal information is up-to-date.
Step 5: Filling in your shipping information. Please click on radio button "Same as Personal Information Address" if you would like the order to be shipped to your personal correspondence address. Click on "Other" and filling in the new shipping information if you would like the order to be shipped to the address others than your personal correspondence address.
Step 6: Choose the payment methods. Click on "Review your Order" button to proceed.
Step 7: Press "Submit Order" button to place your order to leladystore.com.

You can always go to "My Account" from leladystore.com to check and view the status of your order. Each order have the status history tracking table clearly defined the action date for certain status.


Order status guidelines

1.  Unconfirmed  - New placed orders.
 - Wait for order to get confirmed.
 - Allow order cancellation.
2.  Confirmed  - Unpaid.
 - Wait for payment.
 - Allow order cancellation.
3.  Paid  - Payment received.
 - Order cancellation is not allowed.
 - Processing the order.
 - Packing the goods.
4.  Shipped  - Goods been shipped.
 - Shipping tracking number provided.
 - Order been fulfilled.
5.  Cancelled  - Order had been cancelled by either party.

Yes, you are allowed to cancel your order by sending us an email by stating your order number and the items that you purchased before the payment. You are not allowed to cancel your order after the payment.

Shipping

We are using PosLaju / EMS (Express Mail Service) as our shipping partner. All orders normally mailed out within 1-2 working days from the date we received your payment, unless there is an unexpected delay in which case we will revert to you through email with the new delivery date.

Orders placed on Friday afternoon or on the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday. The number of days that your order delivered to your doorstep depends upon your location and shipping services.

We will inform you with courier tracking number once the order is shipped. Please contact Le Lady Store if you did not receive your parcel within 5 days after shipped. We cannot be held responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from shipped date, late shipment deliveries or incorrect shipping information provided by customer.

International customers
Please allow for approximately 2-3 weeks for international delivery to factor in both travel time and customs inspections.

It is not advisable to choose others shipping methods others than those provided by Le Lady Store as this may delayed your order processing timeline. However, we are happy to arrange the shipment as per your request by sending us an email stating your order number and your purchased items before you made your payment as we need to re-calculate the shipping charges for your order.

The estimated time frame for your order to reach you is from 5 - 8days by using Poslaju / EMS.

International customers
Kindly track your shipment through the Poslaju / EMS homepage with tracking number provided to you since we are unable to estimate the timeframe due to the products need to go through the clearance before reached you.

The above estimated timeframe is after we have received your payment and not after the time you place your order. For customer who paid by credit card, it will takes 24hours for credit card verification. We will arrange the shipment to you once the verification is confirmed.

Le Lady Store is committed to continually improving our services to you and do our best to make sure that you will be happy with your purchase from our store. We try to fix it correct if there is an issue of manufacturing defect or wrong packages been shipped to you:-

Wrong item been received
Items to be returned must be in new, unused and unwashed condition in order to received full credit. Items been used (even once) are not returnable. Delivery charges are not refundable. Returns on new, unused and unwashed item must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Lost or damage in transit
Unfortunately, it is out of our control after we handover the packages to the shipper. Please email us at return@leladystore.com immediately provided with proof that it was damage in transit and keep all packaging for further investigation by the authorities or the shipper due to the authorities or shipper may request the package to be collected for further investigation. We will file a damage product claim with the courier and ship out the replacement once we get the process rolling back to us.

Defective items
Sadly, manufacturing defects do happen. Please describe the nature of the defect through your email to us at return@leladystore.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will put you in contact with the manufacturer and they will ship out a replacement for you.

Procedure to return the item
Kindly email us at return@leladystore.com within 7 days of receiving the product to request for Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and fill out our return form which we will send to you through email. Returns without the RMA# will not be entertained. Kindly make a photocopy of your receipt while you return the item to us.

Please wrap the item securely, include the completed filled out Return Form with your packing slip and label your return to the address given to you.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping cost for all returned items are to be borne by the customer.
