Great for women with allergies or chemical sensitivities, the Organic Undyed Day Pads are a healthy alternative to disposable feminine protection. GladRags holders are made out of comfortable cotton flannel fitted with a snap and “envelope” for the inserts. GladRags inserts consist of super-absorbent terry cloth and flannel for maximum protection. Lasting for years, GladRags are easy on your budget, while also using minimal resources. The terry cloth makes them very absorbent, so there is no plastic or nylon insert in GladRags because GladRags are so absorbent! But just like disposable pads, they will leak or spill over if you leave them on too long. You will become familiar with just how long you can go before changing your pad. You should change your GladRags about as often as you would change disposables (every 2 to 6 hours, or as needed). To Use GladRags Washable Menstrual Pads:-
Place 1 or 2 of the inserts inside the holder.
Turn your GladRags over. Snap it around your underwear. The tag side goes next to your underwear and the smooth side goes next to your body.
Change your GladRags(holder and inserts) about as often as you would change a disposable pad.
